White Label

Fully rebrand the Flowtriq dashboard under your own company name, logo, colors, and custom domain. Your clients will never see Flowtriq branding — it's 100% your brand.

Overview

The white-label program lets you serve a fully branded version of the Flowtriq dashboard at your own domain (e.g. dashboard.yourcompany.com). This is ideal for MSPs, MSSPs, and resellers who want to offer DDoS detection under their own brand.

White-label includes:

Custom domain via CNAME
Custom logo, favicon, and site title
Full color scheme customization (primary, accent, sidebar, topbar)
Font family selection (8 options)
Branded login and signup pages (no Flowtriq branding visible)
Custom CSS overrides for advanced styling
Custom support email/URL
Self-service user signup (configurable, can be disabled for invite-only)

Activation

Go to Settings → White Label in your dashboard
Click Activate White Label — $200
Complete payment via Stripe Checkout. The $200 is applied as billing credit to your workspace — it covers your first $200 of per-node charges, then normal billing resumes.

The $200 deposit is not a fee. It pre-pays your per-node billing. Once the credit is used up, billing continues at $9.99/node/month (or $7.99 annual).

Branding Configuration

After activation, configure your branding in Settings → White Label → Branding:

Site Title	Appears in the browser tab and topbar. Replace "Flowtriq" with your brand name.
Logo	Upload your logo (PNG, SVG, JPG, or WEBP, max 512KB). Shown in the dashboard sidebar/topbar and login page.
Favicon	Upload your favicon (PNG, SVG, or ICO, max 512KB). Shown in the browser tab.
Colors	Customize Primary, Accent, Sidebar BG, Sidebar Text, and Topbar BG colors.
Font Family	Choose from Inter, Roboto, Poppins, Open Sans, Source Sans, Fira Code, JetBrains Mono, or system default.
Login Heading	Custom heading text on the login page (replaces "Welcome back").
Login Subtext	Custom subtext below the heading on the login page.
Support Email	Shown on login/signup pages so your clients contact you, not Flowtriq.
Support URL	Link to your support portal (alternative to support email).
Custom CSS	Advanced: inject custom CSS rules for fine-grained styling (max 10KB, sanitized).

Custom Domain Setup

To serve your branded dashboard at your own domain:

Step 1: Set your domain

In Settings → White Label → Custom Domain, enter your desired subdomain (e.g. dashboard.yourcompany.com) and click Set Domain.

Step 2: Add a DNS CNAME record

Go to your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.) and create a CNAME record:

Type	`CNAME`
Host / Name	Your subdomain (e.g. `dashboard`)
Value / Points to	`whitelabel.flowtriq.com`
TTL	`3600` or Auto

Cloudflare users: Set the CNAME to DNS only (gray cloud). If you want to use Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud), set your SSL/TLS mode to "Flexible" in Cloudflare settings. Otherwise, HTTPS connections will fail.

Step 3: Verify DNS

Wait for DNS propagation (typically 5–30 minutes, up to 48 hours). Then click Verify DNS in your dashboard. Once verified, your branded dashboard is live.

SSL / HTTPS

Flowtriq does not provide SSL certificates for custom domains. Options for HTTPS:

Cloudflare proxy (recommended): Enable orange cloud proxy + set SSL to "Flexible". Cloudflare handles HTTPS for visitors.
Your own reverse proxy: Terminate SSL on your proxy and forward to the CNAME target.
HTTP only: Access your dashboard over HTTP without encryption (not recommended for production).

User Management

There are two ways to add users to your white-label dashboard:

Option 1: Invite users (recommended)

Go to Users (or Team) in the dashboard sidebar. Click Add User, enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invite email with a link to create their account and join your dashboard.

The invite link uses your custom domain, so users see your branding from the start — no Flowtriq references.

Option 2: Self-service signup

If enabled in Settings → White Label → User Signup, a "Create account" link appears on your login page. Users can sign up directly and are automatically assigned the default role you configure (Read Only, Analyst, or Admin).

Self-service signup can be disabled for invite-only access — useful when you want full control over who can access the dashboard.

Roles

`readonly`	View dashboard, nodes, and incidents. Cannot make changes.
`analyst`	View + acknowledge incidents, manage alert channels.
`admin`	Full access except billing and workspace ownership.
`owner`	Full access including billing. Only assignable by workspace transfer.

What's Hidden in White-Label Mode

When users access the dashboard via your custom domain, the following Flowtriq elements are automatically removed:

Flowtriq logo and name (replaced with your branding)
Links to flowtriq.com (docs, status, marketing pages)
Third-party tracking scripts (Contentsquare, Tawk.to)
Signup links to flowtriq.com
Footer and navigation references to Flowtriq

The dashboard accessed at flowtriq.com/dashboard continues to show normal Flowtriq branding for the workspace owner.

Billing

$200 one-time deposit — applied as billing credit, covers first $200 of charges
Per-node billing — $9.99/node/month or $7.99/node/year (same as standard pricing)
No per-seat charge — unlimited users at no extra cost
One workspace = one white-label domain — create additional workspaces for additional branded dashboards

Deactivation

You can deactivate white-label at any time from Settings → White Label. Your branding settings are preserved so you can reactivate instantly. The $200 credit is non-refundable but remains on your account for future billing.
