Why annual only?
Crypto payments are processed manually. Annual billing lets us keep things simple and reduces overhead for both sides. Monthly billing is available via card through our standard pricing page.
What exchange rate do you use?
Send the USD equivalent at the market rate at the time of your transaction. We use CoinGecko spot prices for verification. For USDC, send the exact dollar amount.
Can I pay for more than 20 nodes?
For 20+ nodes, contact us for a custom enterprise quote. We offer volume discounts for larger deployments.
What happens when my year is up?
We'll email you 30 days before your plan expires. You can renew by sending another crypto payment or switch to card billing through Stripe at any time.
Do you offer refunds on crypto payments?
No. All crypto payments are prepaid and non-refundable. You are paying upfront for the full year of service. Please make sure you've selected the correct number of nodes before sending payment.
Can I use a promo code with crypto?
Yes. Mention your promo code in your support request and we'll apply the discount before confirming the amount owed.
