What is the $200 deposit?
The $200 is a one-time payment that gets applied as a billing credit to your workspace. This means your first $200 of per-node billing is covered by the deposit. After that, billing continues at $7.99/node/month.
Will my clients see the Flowtriq name?
No. When accessed via your CNAME domain, all Flowtriq branding is completely removed — logo, site title, tracking scripts, documentation links, public page links, and footer references. Your clients only see your brand.
How does the CNAME work?
In your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.), create a CNAME record for your chosen subdomain (e.g. dashboard.yourcompany.com) pointing to whitelabel.flowtriq.com. Once DNS propagates (typically 5–30 minutes), click "Verify DNS" in your dashboard settings. We handle the routing and serve your fully branded dashboard at that domain. For HTTPS, configure SSL through your DNS provider's proxy (e.g. Cloudflare) or your own infrastructure.
Can I white-label multiple workspaces?
Yes. Each workspace can be independently white-labeled with its own domain, logo, and color scheme. Perfect for MSPs serving multiple clients or brands.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Billing is strictly per-node. You can invite unlimited team members to any workspace at no extra cost.
Can I deactivate white-label later?
Yes. You can deactivate from Settings at any time. Your customization settings are preserved, so you can reactivate instantly. The $200 credit is non-refundable but stays on your account.
